Great Hotel. Beautiful lobby and room. Breakfast is awesome. Huge appreciation to Yasmeen the waitress in Azure restaurant.. the best there is .. helpful attentive prompt wearing a beautiful smile goving by far the best service at the hotel.

Foods in Pool Bar is delicious. You can get fond with Chef Nuwan as he will really create a moment that would love you to visit again in Raffles Hotel Dubai by giving good service with fantastic smile. Praveen and the Pool bar team they are incredible. Planning to visit again

My wife and I stayed at Raffles for 10 nights to celebrate a big birthday. We had a Skyline suite with club access. This is without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Not only the facilities, décor, opulent feel throughout the hotel, the staff were absolutely fabulous. From Front Desk, Restaurants, Spa and pool, to the room staff. These are the members of staff that would make us return in a heartbeat. Betty (Concierge) Ogu, Shalif, Angeline, Arif. (Lounge) Raquib (Room) Joanna (Front Desk) It seems unfair to mention just a few because all the staff were amazing. Tommo Japanese restaurant superb. Azur Breakfast restaurant incredible choice. Even when we had the worse storm I have ever witnessed the hotel seemed to carry on as normal. I have no idea how they coped with virtually no disruption, apart from the Italian closing for a night. Concierge team is the best ever - sandeep was superb excellent Room was very nice and awrsome breakfast , location of tge hotel is very convenient- near to downtown and aurport too , highly recommend and definitely will be back soon , such a memorable stay we had

We absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel!! From arriving at the beautiful lobby until checkout, our stay was perfect. This was the last stop of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Everything about the hotel was 5 stars, from the service to the food. The breakfast buffet at cafe Azur was to die for. They had every type of food you could imagine and it was all top notch. We met Chef Abubakar and complimented him and the staff on the superb quality of the food, and he was so lovely to talk to. He also remembered me the next day and went out of his way to make me feel like a valued and special guest, which was very moving. (This is the kind of hospitality you don’t find in the USA.) Big thanks to Chef Abubakar and the rest of the hard working kitchen/restaurant staff. It’s hospitality like this that really makes a stay memorable and makes us want to come back. We ordered room service one day as well and the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the Egyptian style theme throughout the hotel. Having a huge closet to store our luggage and hang up clothes was nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Very beautiful architecture and design. This Raffles hotel definitely deserves its 5 star rating and for the price, you can’t beat it. The pool was beautiful and the cocktails at the swim up bar were delicious, the bartenders were friendly and everyone at the pool gave us great service. The menu has a huge selection of drinks and food to choose from. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try all the restaurants (there are several!) but the menus looked amazing and the prices are good for a 5 star hotel. I honestly enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and it was a short drive into the city center, also close to the monorail. It’s also connected to a mall with a decent selection (slightly older mall but way less crowded!) it’s also very close to the airport which was convenient. The door men are lovely and are always ready to assist and open the car door for you when coming or going anywhere, which is another appreciated touch. We will definitely stay here again- thank you Raffles Dubai staff for your continued excellent service and hospitality. Highly, highly recommend!!
